Lucy Green
Lucy Green specializes in web design for classroom teachers, web 2.0 technologies, online course design, collaborative teaching partnerships and school library media. Her experience includes a decade of public school teaching as a classroom teacher, school librarian and teacher trainer, specializing in the middle grades. Dr. Green passionately believes in cross-curricular opportunities, collaboration, and the school librarian’s role as an instructional leader and technology innovator. She works primarily with Methods II instructors and students.

Karen Chassereau
Karen Chassereau specializes in middle grades and secondary science education, computer-based laboratory technology, and interactive use of technology in the science classroom. Her experience covers 8 years as a high school science teacher and 5 years at Georgia Southern teaching ISCI 2002 physical science for early childhood and middle grades majors. She loves to bring the work of real scientists into the classroom. To that end Chassereau is collaborating with Warren Matthews from Georgia Tech to bring his Direct to Discovery program to our region. This is a project that brings research scientists into the K-12 science classroom via HD video conferencing.

Martha Schriver
Dr. Martha Schriver is the coordinator of the Undergraduate Middle Grades program here at Georgia Southern. She conducts research in the area of science education, focusing on science teacher efficacy, mathematics and technology. Dr. Schriver headed the St. Catherine's Sea Turtle Program, a federally funded science education program.
